Who we are

Polyco is a business consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@polycobiz.com and we will explain it in plain language.

What we collect

This site has one form. It asks for two things:

• • Your email address, so we can reply to you.
• • Your message — whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

Nothing else is required. Please do not send us sensitive information (financial account numbers, government IDs, health information) through this form. It is not the right channel for that.

Our web host also records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. That is routine hosting activity, not something we analyze.

Why we collect it

One reason: to answer you. If you write to us about a possible engagement, we use your email and message to reply and to continue that conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out this form.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers.

The only parties who touch your data are the service providers that make this site work — our web host, and our email provider — and only so that your message reaches us.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than we need it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set technical cookies needed to serve pages quickly. If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it), and to not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of them, email hello@polycobiz.com. We will respond within 45 days. We do not charge for this.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
